Technical Shopfloor Engineer Broughton (Onsite) £30.00 PAYE / £40.13 Umbrella Shift Uplift 12-Month Contract (Inside IR35) Overview We're hiring a Technical Shopfloor Engineer to support production operations within a leading manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Support production teams by diagnosing and resolving technical issues beyond operator level Provide a shopfloor engineering perspective to improve efficiency and performance Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives Identify and support the resolution of non-conformance issues Requirements Strong experience in manufacturing or lineside engineering Knowledge of regulated production environments Good problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills Proactive and able to work independently Working Pattern Double day shifts (20% uplift): 06:00
