Technical Support Coordinator

Technical Support Coordinator - Critical Commercial Portfolio (London) We're hiring a Technical Support Coordinator to act as the central coordination point for engineering operations across a multi-site London portfolio. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll be the glue between engineering teams, building managers, and clients, keeping schedules, compliance, and remedial works on track across multiple buildings. Package: £50,000 Bonus + Pension Mon-Fri (core hours, occasional flex for coverage needs)What you'll be doing: Planning and managing daily schedules/rotas for shift and day engineers across multiple buildings Allocating resources, managing leave/absence, and maintaining minimum staffing levels Monitoring work orders and reactive maintenance to keep everything within SLA Acting as the main liaison between engineers, building managers, and clients Tracking remedial works from quote through to completion, liaising with contractors Ensuring compliance documentation, permits, and statutory inspections are up to date Reporting on SLA compliance, KPIs, and resource utilisationWhat you'll need: Experience in a technical support, coordination, or admin role within FM or building services Strong scheduling/resource management skills across multiple priorities Solid understanding of building engineering systems and maintenance operations Confident with Excel, Word, Outlook, and CMMS platforms Good grasp of health & safety compliance in building operationsExperience across multi-site portfolios or critical environments is a plus but not essential.
