Our client is passionate about raising standards across the automotive industry and believes the best training combines theory with practical, hands-on learning. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an Automotive Technical Trainer to join their highly regarded team and help deliver technical training to technicians, workshops and automotive businesses across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to move beyond the workshop environment and play a key role in developing the next generation of automotive talent. The Role You will deliver engaging and practical training across a broad range of automotive subjects including: ?? Hybrid & Electric Vehicles ?? You will work closely with technicians of varying experience levels, helping them understand complex vehicle systems and develop the skills needed to succeed in today's rapidly evolving automotive landscape. Delivering high-quality technical training programmes Supporting the development and enhancement of training content Ensuring training materials remain aligned with current legislation, emerging technologies and industry best practice Acting as a technical ambassador for the organisation and its training programmes About You We are keen to speak with individuals who have a strong automotive technical background and a genuine passion for developing others. You may already be working within automotive training or perhaps you're an experienced technician looking to take the next step in your career. EV & Hybrid Specialist ? MOT Trainer or Assessor ? Automotive Lecturer ? You'll be someone who enjoys sharing knowledge, developing people and helping maintain the highest standards across the automotive sector.
