Technician Supervisor - HGV Workshop (Nights)

Role Overview An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technician Supervisor to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop operating on a night shift basis. This role is suited to a hands-on and motivated supervisor with strong HGV technical knowledge, confident in leading a team of technicians, managing workloads, and ensuring all maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will oversee workshop operations during night shifts, ensuring compliance standards are met, vehicle availability targets are achieved, and overall workflow runs smoothly.
