Customer Lifecycle Account Manager phs Direct | Tamworth Part-Time, Permanent | 18.75 Hours per Week (Monday to Friday) Salary: £14,040 per annum Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Lifecycle Account Manager to join our growing team at phs Direct in Tamworth. As a Customer Lifecycle Account Manager, you will take ownership of the complete customer journey, from onboarding new clients through to developing long-term partnerships that drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue growth. You'll be a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen our relationships. Deliver an engaging and professional customer experience. Ensure customers fully understand our products, services, and support channels. Account Growth & Revenue Generation Identify and secure upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Deliver against call quality standards and key business KPIs. Relationship Management Build strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders. Maintain regular customer contact through effective diary management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. CRM & Performance Management Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems. Consistently achieve KPI, quality, and service targets. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Leadership teams. Refer opportunities to field sales colleagues where appropriate. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve customer onboarding and sales processes. Support a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence. Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in telesales, account management, customer retention, or business development. Proven track record of achieving sales, retention, and revenue targets. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce (SFDC). Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills. Personal Attributes Customer-centric with a commercial mindset. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
