Telephone Warm Sales

We are pleased to be recruiting a team of Telephone Sales Professionals to join our client in an exciting and busy role, on a Temporary basis leading up to Christmas. * £13.50 rate of pay * Excellent company to work with * Busy, exciting role * Weekly paid You may have worked in Telephone Customer Service, Telesales, Reception/Administration Support or similar roles before and now looking for a great opportunity for work in the run up to Christmas. Day-to-day, your role will involve a combination of Telephone Sales and Customer Support: - Making telephone and email outbound communication to previous and existing customers; - Entering and processing customer orders with a high degree of accuracy; - Supporting existing customers and identifying any new sales leads; - Managing communications across email, telephone and live chat; - Updating dispatch notes and keeping customers informed as to their delivery status; - Responding to customer reviews and managing feedback; - Upkeeping the CRM system; - Assisting with data entry, general office support and keeping documents updated; - And any other duties in line with the role to support the Sales, Customer Service and Administration functions of the business. You will be ideal for this role if you: - Have a positive, supportive attitude; - Are not afraid of speaking over the telephone to both business and consumer customers at all levels; - Have an efficient and accurate work style; - Have strong IT and Administration skills; - Are able to prioritise your day well and remain organised; - And have experience in handling enquiries and supporting customers with their requirements. The roles will be starting from mid-September and will run on a Temporary basis until just before Christmas. Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30. Interested?
