Telesales Executive

Pertemps Lincoln are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join our customer, an established business based at their Lincoln office. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a basic salary of £26,436 plus commission. Working alongside the Field Sales team, you will build relationships with existing and prospective customers, identify sales opportunities and provide a high level of customer service across telephone, email and online enquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous telephone sales experience who enjoys building customer relationships and working as part of a wider sales team.   What will I be paid? £26,436 per annum Additional commission scheme  What hours will I be working? Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 40 hours per week (30-minute lunch break)  What will I be doing? Making outbound calls to existing customers and prospective new customers Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Handling inbound customer enquiries by telephone and email. Processing customer orders accurately Preparing and managing customer quotations Gathering information to support product development and future sales opportunities Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process  What skills and experience do I need? Previous telephone sales or telesales experience Confident communicating with customers over the telephone and via email Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Sales-focused with the motivation to identify and develop opportunities Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload Confident using computers, including Microsoft Office Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider sales teamIdeal for Candidates Based In Lincoln, North Hykeham, Waddington, Saxilby, Market Rasen, Gainsborough, Newark and surrounding areas.
