Telesales Executive

Prime Electrical Distributors are looking to add an Internal Sales Executive to our sales team, handling our existing customer requirements and new opportunities.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, warm calling, social media and other lead generation strategies. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients. - Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. - Provide ongoing support to existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties include:
- Answering inbound phone calls.
- Processing customers orders.
- Handling e-mail inquiries, including product information and delivery details.
- Quickly and accurately providing quotations to customer requests.

- Supporting the External Sales Team.
Experience: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Self-motivated and target-driven mindset - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
