HGV Class 2 Driver HGV Class 2 Home Delivery Driver £14.50 per Hour Ongoing Work We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a leading home delivery operation based in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, customer-focused driver looking for ongoing work with a well-established national business. Working Pattern Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on business requirements Ongoing, full-time work The Role As an HGV Class 2 Home Delivery Driver, you will work as part of a two-person delivery team, delivering and collecting household appliances directly to customers' homes. You will safely transport white goods including washing machines, fridge freezers, dishwashers, cookers and tumble dryers, ensuring every delivery is completed professionally and with excellent customer service. The position is physically demanding and involves regular lifting, carrying and manoeuvring of large appliances with the support of your driver's mate. Working alongside a driver's mate on all deliveries Safely loading, unloading and manoeuvring appliances Providing outstanding customer service on every delivery Adhering to all road transport and health & safety regulations Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence Valid Digital Tachograph Card Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience is preferred Good level of physical fitness due to the manual handling involved Flexible to work either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday as required What We Offer Ongoing, full-time work Weekly pay Double-manned deliveries for added support Opportunity to secure long-term work with a leading home delivery operation If you're an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver who enjoys providing excellent customer service and is looking for a long-term opportunity in Tamworth, we'd love to hear from you.
