Preparing, cooking, and plating orders quickly and accurately to maintain smooth service. Upholding high food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times. Keeping stations clean, organized, and fully prepped. Requirements Proven experience cooking in a fast-paced short-order or high-volume pub/hotel kitchen. Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate (or equivalent). Punctual, dependable, and able to hit the ground running. Own transport is strongly recommended due to the shift finish times and location (MK44).
