Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference to people's lives? This is more than customer service. You'll support people through important, often emotional decisions, providing clarity, reassurance, and expert guidance when they need it most. Support customers via phone, email, and chat Lead consultative, human conversations (no scripts) Guide decisions with empathy and commercial awareness Own the end-to-end customer journey Deliver against targets for conversion and satisfaction Help improve the customer experience as you go What We're Looking For
