Temporary Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Paper Manufacturing

WINSEARCH is seeking an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician for a temporary role with a well-established paper manufacturing business near Flint. You will maintain and troubleshoot complex process machinery, prioritising safety and reliability.

The role covers planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on paper machine equipment, PLC-controlled systems and Siemens equipment, with a focus on reducing downtime and supporting continuous improvement.
