Temporary Estates Administrator - Reports & Helpdesk

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Temporary Estates Administrator in Peterhead, AB42 2YY, for a 12-week contract. The role is full-time, Mon-Thu 8:00–16:00 and Fri 8:00–13:00, paying £16.85 per hour.

You will support the Estates team with admin tasks including reports, spreadsheets, calendars, meetings, and minutes. You will also operate the Maintenance Helpdesk, coordinate maintenance visits, manage records and CMMS/Agresso systems, and assist procurement in line with policy.
