Are you an immediately available experienced Executive Support Administrator or senior administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy managing competing priorities and ensuring senior leaders can focus on delivering business objectives? We are working with a long-standing client to find them an experienced Executive Support professional to provide complex diary management support to a senior leader within their busy and dynamic organisation.
This role is temporary to start in September.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing complex schedules and changing priorities. Key responsibilities include complex diary management, stakeholder coordination, meeting support, and administration.
Your new role
You will act as a trusted support partner to a senior leader, taking ownership of a demanding workload and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of their commitments. Working at pace, you will proactively anticipate challenges whilst reacting quickly to changing priorities and urgent business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Complex diary management using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Managing competing priorities and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders
Arranging and scheduling meetings, both internal and external
Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the senior leader
Preparing documents, reports, presentations and meeting papers
Supporting meetings, including agenda preparation
Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Building effective relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone who can confidently juggle multiple demands while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You'll have:
Significant experience supporting senior leaders
Exceptional diary management skills using Outlook and Teams
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy, changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and forward-thinking approach
Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
The ability to work independently whilst also being a collaborative team player
What you'll get in return
£16.26+ per hour
35-hour working week
Hybrid working with 1-3 days on site depending on business requirements
