Temporary Medical Secretary Pay: £13.00 per Hours: 20 hours per week Shifts: Monday to Friday mixture of morning and afternoon shifts Duration: Approximately 34 weeks in September We are currently recruiting for 2 Temporary Medical Secretaries to join a busy medical environment for approximately 34 weeks in September.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience using the EMIS computer system and will be confident managing a busy reception, handling telephone calls and booking appointments.
Key Responsibilities: Managing a busy medical reception Answering and handling telephone calls Booking and managing patient appointments Using the EMIS computer system Completing general medical administration duties Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Providing a professional and friendly service to patients The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Medical Secretary, Medical Administrator or Receptionist Ideally trained and experienced in using EMIS Alternatively, confident using xwzovoh computerised appointment and patient management systems Excellent communication and organisational skills Able to multitask and work calmly in a busy environment Professional and approachable manner Must be able to obtain/hold a standard DBS check Interested?
