Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders via phone, email, and online systems
• Verify order details for accuracy before processing
• Manage and maintain inventory records
• Coordinate with the shipping and warehouse/despatch teams
• Check stock availability and levels
• Update order status
• Resolve order queries and discrepancies
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
