Purpose of the role

• To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently.
• To conduct person-centred needs assessments at referral stage to determine suitability, support needs, and service compatibility in line with organisational policy.
• To monitors and report safeguarding risks, maintaining regular contact with at-risk individuals and escalating concerns in accordance with policy and statutory guidance.
