Tenant Repairs Planner & Scheduler

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a highly organised Work Planner to join the Responsive & Planned Repairs service within Landlord Services. You will plan and schedule emergency repairs, day-to-day maintenance and planned works across tenanted housing stock, ensuring operatives are fully utilised and tenants receive a high-quality, responsive service.

You will liaise with tenants, coordinate resources, and monitor workloads to maintain standards.
