Responsibilities Deliver the Daily Stock Progression Report Prepare and deliver the weekly terminal import/export plan, including daily re-optimisation for any deviations Coordinate with Terminal Maintenance, Operations teams and JV interfaces for scheduling unplanned outages Manage tankage and jetty scheduling with internal and external stakeholders Support fuel quality management and seasonal specification changes Oversee additive stock levels and purchase requirements Complete local vessel clearances and prepare daily night notes for handover to shift supervisorsMust-have Requirements Strong scheduling experience, ideally in a terminal or similar environment Knowledge of shipping, hydrocarbon products, and maintenance processes Sound understanding of fuel quality regulations Experience of marine operations Demonst...
