About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Test Solutions & Development Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative test solutions within a fast-paced electromechanical/electronic manufacturing environment. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you will collaborate with customers, shape future test capabilities, and drive efficiency, quality, and profitability across all test operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement optimised test strategies for new and existing customers
• Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and future roadmaps
• Create or enhance test specifications to meet evolving needs
• Drive revenue by promoting and delivering test solution services
• Lead improvements in test processes, cost efficiency, and performance
• Evaluate and introduce new and emerging test technologies
• Collaborate with the Production Test Manager to strengthen overall test capability
• Manage, mentor, and develop test teams to meet business objectives
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Key Outcomes

• Delivery of fully documented and effective test strategies for all customers

What We’re Looking For

• HNC (or equivalent) in Electromechanical or Electronic Engineering
• Strong experience in electronic manufacturing (SMT, through‑hole, assembly, test)
• Proven track record of process improvement and efficiency gains
• Excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
