Join Our Team as a Thin Film Technician
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and thrives in a precise, high-tech environment? Were looking for an enthusiastic Thin Film Technician to join our production team and help manufacture high-quality thin film components within our clean room facility.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build technical skills in a specialised field while working with advanced equipment and delicate materials. Full training is provided, so if youre motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing
Producing thin film components within a controlled clean room environment
Handling delicate materials with precision and care
Operating specialist production equipment
Working with chemicals and associated processing materials
Following strict quality and safety procedures
Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
What Were Looking For An enthusiastic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
Excellent attention to fine detail
Ability to learn quickly and follow technical procedures
Comfortable working in a clean room environment
Qualifications (preferred): Minimum GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science
Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related field
Previous manufacturing or technical experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
