DAY shift and NIGHT Shift available Monday to Thursday four day week
Response Personnel is recruiting Welders and Fabricators / TIG Welders on behalf of a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Dunstable. These are full time, permanent positions offered on either a day shift or night shift, with a four-day working week and excellent overtime opportunities.
Shift Pattern & Hours
- Four day week: Monday to Thursday
- Day shift: 6.00am - 3.45pm or 7.00am - 4.45pm
- Night shift: 3.45pm - 1.30am (night shift premium: an additional 1/3 pay)
- Contracted hours: 37 hours, Monday to Thursday
- Overtime generally available Friday and Saturday, paid at x1.5
Salary & Benefits
- £38,000 - £51k depending on experience and shift
- 20.5 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 22 days (plus Bank Holidays) after 3 years
