- Leicester People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join our well-established client based in Leicester .
This position would suit applicants who have worked in roles such as a MIG Welder , Fabricator Welder or Sheet Metal Welder .
Rates of Pay: £14.50 per hour Shift Pattern: As a TIG Welder , you will work: Monday to Thursday: 08:00
- 16:30 Friday: 08:00
- 15:30 Benefits: Your benefits as a TIG Welder are: Excellent hourly rates Ongoing work Weekly pay Overtime available Training provided where required Opportunity to become permanent Free on-site parking Immediate starts Friendly and supportive working environment Day-to-Day Duties: Your duties as a TIG Welder are: Carrying out high-quality TIG welding to engineering drawings and specifications Welding stainless steel and other metals to a high standard Inspecting finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy Preparing materials ready for welding Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Operating welding equipment safely and efficiently Working as part of the production team to meet deadlines Following all health and safety procedures at all times Essential Skills: To be successful as a TIG Welder , you will need: Previous TIG welding experience The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills A reliable and positive approach to work The ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience: To be successful as a TIG Welder , it would be beneficial if you have: Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering xwzovoh environment Experience welding stainless steel and thin gauge materials Training: As a TIG Welder , you will receive: Training provided where required Successful candidates will be invited to attend a weld test and informal interview with the client before starting Apply: If you are ready to take on this opportunity as a TIG Welder , apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
