Job Title: TIG Welder Location: Pershore Pay: £14.34 - £18.50 per hour Hours: 07:45am-17:00pm Mon-Thurs, 07:45am-13:00pm Friday Step into a role where your skills make a real difference. What you will do: * Perform TIG (141) welding on aluminium fabrications ranging from 1.5mm – 30mm * Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately * Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and effectively * Conduct visual inspection of welds to BS EN ISO 17673:2022 standards * Work with the production team to meet project targets and deadlines * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment * Continue internal and external training to maintain qualification to BS EN ISO 9606 Essential Experience: * Proven experience with TIG (141) welding aluminium * Experience working to certified or highly regulated standards * Strong attention to detail and ability to work to fine tolerances * Good organisational and problem-solving skills Desirable Experience: * Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Motorsport, or similar industries * Previous coding to ISO 9606-1/2 * NVQ/City & Guilds in welding, fabrication, or a relevant engineering subject If you are interested in our TIG Welder role and have the skills needed, then please apply now
