TIG Welder

TIG Welder Redditch 0700 to 1545 Monday to Thursday, 0700 to 1200 Fri (38 hours per week) £17.46 – £19.40 per hour, depending on experience Permanent An experienced TIG Welder required to join our team, working on high-quality components and assemblies for the Aerospace industry. The role will involve both manual and orbital TIG welding of rigid and flexible tube assemblies, brackets and other components. You will work with a range of materials, including: Stainless steel Inconel Titanium Aluminium TIG Welder - Key Responsibilities Carry out manual and orbital TIG welding to a high standard. Follow engineering drawings, data cards, process specifications and standard work instructions. Set up, operate, maintain and programme TIG and orbital welding equipment. Use inspection and measurement equipment, including shadowgraphs, borescopes, verniers and micrometres. Previous TIG welding experience is essential. Experience with orbital TIG welding would be highly beneficial. The successful candidate will have the ability to read and follow engineering drawings.
