As a Production Operative you will work collaboratively to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly and exceeds customer satisfaction. Training will be provided, however experience within a production team is advantageous or from a hands-on background. This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of the production and distribution industry. MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE DUE TO RURAL LOCATION Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 p/h A brief overview of the role: Location Cirencester Monday Friday (Days) Free onsite parking Pension WEEKLY pay Lunch facilities PPE Provided initially Your role as a Production Operative will involve the following duties: Quality checking all goods throughout and post manufacture Loading raw materials into the production process and potentially lifting/stacking finished pallets. Running safety checks on machinery Machine operating safety and efficiently Preparing products for dispatch -and loading pallets for delivery Liaising with supervisors with any issues. xkybehq Adhering to all health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Supporting team members regularly General yard duties.
