Timetable & Data Insights Specialist

Pembrokeshire College in Haverfordwest is seeking a Registers and Timetabling Officer to join the Management Information Systems team. This salaried, permanent role offers a BS22-25 band (£29,440–£31,878) and a 37-hour week. Closing date 30 August 2026.

You will produce and maintain timetables, investigate anomalies, generate reports and insights, and support curriculum teams with scheduling challenges. Training will be provided and there is a strong emphasis on accurate data and problem solving.
