Role & Responsibilities: Manufacture, assemble, modify, and repair injection mould tools to defined drawings, specifications, and tolerances. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mould tools to ensure reliability, consistency, and extended tool life. Diagnose tooling issues affecting quality, cycle time, or scrap and implement effective corrective actions. Support tool trials, set‑ups, and validation activities in conjunction with Engineering and Production. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for tooling‑related non‑conformities or customer complaints.
