Traffic Marshall / Gateman Location: Worcester Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: Competitive (Dependent on Experience) Traffic Marshall / Gateman Required ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall / Gateman to join a busy construction site. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual looking for ongoing work with a well-established contractor. Duties will include: * Safely directing site traffic and deliveries. * Banking vehicles in and out of site. * Controlling access to the construction site. * Signing visitors and contractors in and out. * Maintaining site security at all times. * Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle movements are carried out safely. * Assisting the site management team with general site duties when required. * Reporting any health & safety concerns immediately. Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card. * Valid Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman qualification. * Previous experience working on a construction site. * Good communication skills. * Full PPE. * Reliable with excellent timekeeping. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
