Trainee Customer Service Coordinator - 969103

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Customer Service Coordinator to join a vibrant and thriving manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain commercial experience along with completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service. Working within an existing Sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales orders, dealing with customers and providing sales support.    Job Description: Act as a key point of contact, responding on behalf of senior stakeholders where appropriate & ensuring timely follow-up of actions Act as the primary point of contact for incoming customer emails and enquiries, effectively managing requests related to pricing, services, and complaints Prepare customer quotations, including bespoke product quotes, with support from the commercial team Process PODs and invoice requests within correct timescales Continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures Support the initial enquiry stage of projects, coordinating project bookings through Microsoft Teams and the CRM system Responsible for chasing invoices Candidate Requirements:  Be willing to complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality would be ideal, would consider a collage leaver Excellent communication skills Willing to learn IT Savvy Due to location need to have a driving licence or within walking distance Education Level & General Experience This role is commutable from: Burntwood, Cannock, Rugeley, Norton Canes, Walsall, Lichfield, and surrounding areas    This role would suit candidates with the following experience: Collage Leaver, Retail Assistant, Hospitality Assistant, Trainee Customer Service Advisor or similar    Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £26,500 - £27,000 DOE Location: Burntwood Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region
