What You'll Be Doing Taking ownership of live vacancies and getting candidates placed Working shoulder-to-shoulder with a close-knit, target-smashing team Sharing the office on-call rota, keeping things covered out-of-hours Spotting new opportunities and growth areas before anyone else does Keeping admin sharp and compliance on point the unsung hero work that keeps everything running smoothly What We're Looking For A natural communicator who can build relationships fast Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to succeed Organised, with a keen eye for detail on admin and compliance A true team player who brings energy to the room Full training will be given for this role.
