As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships, identifying exceptional talent and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Sourcing and headhunting Data & AI professionals across international markets Building lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers Winning new business and developing your own client portfolio Managing interviews, offer negotiations and placements Becoming a specialist within the ever-growing Data & AI sector What We're Looking For
