About the Role This is a 180 Recruitment position within the Delivery team, making it an ideal entry point into specialist recruitment. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging and managing high-calibre candidates throughout the recruitment process, while supporting the firm's experienced Business Development Consultants on live assignments. You'll develop an in-depth understanding of the investment funds industry while building relationships with professionals across Europe. What You'll Be Doing Researching the investment funds market and identifying high-calibre professionals Headhunting candidates through LinkedIn, networking and market research Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates Managing candidates throughout the interview and offer process Maintaining accurate CRM records and candidate information Learning compliance and right-to-work procedures Supporting contractor onboarding and placement administration Producing quarterly market insight presentations for senior management Sharing market intelligence and identifying opportunities for the wider team Who They're Looking For A graduate with strong communication and relationship-building skills Curious, commercially aware and interested in financial markets Organised, proactive and highly detail-oriented Resilient, driven and motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment Someone who enjoys speaking with people and building professional relationships Eager to learn and develop specialist expertise within a niche market Previous recruitment experience isn't required.
