What You'll Be Doing As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process, including: Building relationships with clients and candidates Sourcing high-quality talent through a variety of channels Managing interviews and candidate preparation Negotiating offers and closing placements Developing new business opportunities within your specialist market Becoming a trusted recruitment partner within the technology sector You'll be supported by experienced consultants from day one, giving you the tools to become a successful recruiter. What Our Client Is Looking For Previous recruitment experience isn't required. Instead, our client is looking for people with the right attitude and potential, including: Resilience and the ability to stay motivated through setbacks Strong communication and relationship-building skills A competitive and ambitious mindset Confidence speaking with people over the phone and in person A proactive approach and willingness to learn Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or other target-driven environments is advantageous but not essential.
