Trainee Sales Executive – B2B Fordingbridge | Full-time | £26,000 basic + OTE up to £35,000 | Uncapped commission Are you looking to start a career in B2B sales? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established technology and managed print services business, working closely with the Sales Director who will provide full training and support. The Role You’ll learn how to develop business, build customer relationships and convert opportunities into sales. Your role will include: * Following up inbound enquiries and warm leads. * Making outbound sales calls. * Identifying new business opportunities. * Speaking with business owners and decision makers. * Understanding customer needs and recommending solutions. * Following up opportunities and progressing sales. * Working towards targets and earning commission. About You Previous sales experience isn't essential. You could be a graduate, college leaver or have customer-facing experience in retail, recruitment, hospitality or customer service. We’re looking for someone who is: * Confident and personable. * Comfortable speaking on the telephone. * Positive, resilient and motivated. * Ambitious and keen to build a career in sales. * Organised and commercially minded. * Keen to learn and develop.
