Trainee Sheet Metal Worker (x2) Starting Rate: £14.89 per hour Location: Dukinfield Hours: 37 hours per week - OT available at premium rates  Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Opportunity Winsearch Recruitment is currently recruiting for two Trainee Sheet Metal Workers on behalf of our aerospace manufacturing client. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with existing sheet metal fabrication experience who are looking to develop their skills and progress into the highly regulated aerospace sector. Successful candidates will receive structured training and mentoring, allowing them to advance from general or commercial sheet metal work into aerospace-standard manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities Work safely at all times, adhering to company Health & Safety procedures and established 5S workplace standards. Interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical documentation. Carry out sheet metal fabrication activities including: Marking out Bending and forming Drilling Manufacture and assemble components from thin gauge aluminium and steel materials (typically less than 2mm thickness). Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to achieve aerospace manufacturing standards.
