Training Administrator: Growth Path in Energy Sector

Aureos Group in Bathgate is seeking a Training Administrator to join our Bathgate office. You will ensure that all employees receive the necessary training to excel in their positions, supported by our Administrative/QHSE Team.

You will manage our in-house training systems, list every employee, their current training certs/qualifications and renewal dates, and liaise with project management teams to arrange courses and maintain competencies.
