Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with business objectives. Create and maintain a Learning Management System and competency framework. Design and deliver training programmes, materials, and induction sessions. Conduct training needs analysis and build tailored learning plans. Manage training budgets and monitor ROI from programmes delivered. Source and liaise with external providers and funding streams for training. Work with HR and Talent Acquisition to design apprenticeship and succession planning initiatives.
