Training & Systems CoordinatorBristol£30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)  - PermanentWe're working with a well-established organisation in Bristol to recruit a Training & Systems Coordinator.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in training, learning and development, onboarding, education, customer training or systems support who enjoys helping people build their skills and confidence in the workplace.Working within a collaborative team, you'll support a range of learning initiatives and play a key role in ensuring colleagues have access to the tools, resources and support needed to succeed.Key Duties

• Coordinate and support learning and development activities across the business
• Facilitate workshops, group sessions and one-to-one coaching where required
• Develop and maintain training resources and knowledge materials
• Support employee onboarding and induction programmes
• Work closely with managers to identify training requirements and development opportunities
• Respond to queries and provide guidance on internal systems and processes
• Monitor training activity and evaluate feedback to support continuous improvement
