Training Manager Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Warrington Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Industry: Engineering Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Manager to join a leading High Voltage installation contractor delivering critical infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing vocational training, supporting apprentices and experienced engineers, and ensuring high standards of competency across the workforce. You will play a key role in delivering a Level 3 Substation Fitter qualification, working closely with learners to help them achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured vocational and technical training to engineers and apprentices Conduct on-site assessments and support learners through NVQ qualifications Mentor, coach and develop individuals at varying experience levels Ensure training delivery aligns with industry standards and compliance requirements Support the continuous improvement of training programmes Travel to sites across the UK to engage directly with the workforce Desirable A1 Assessor / CAVA qualification (or willingness to obtain) Experience with NVQs or apprenticeship programmes Exposure to High Voltage / Substation environments Ex-forces background (e.g. Royal Engineers, Navy, RAF engineering roles) Why Join?
