We are looking for an experienced Training Officer to join a prestigious 5-star hotel company in East Sussex.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel or hotel restaurant professional who is ready to step away from day-to-day operations and move into a training-focused role.

You could currently be a Hotel Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, Assistant Hotel Manager or experienced hospitality supervisor looking for a better work-life balance while staying within the hotel industry.

Working closely with the HR team and operational management, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating training across the business, including:

• New starter inductions and onboarding
• Fire Safety and Health & Safety training
• Manual Handling, COSHH and Food Safety
• Hotel policies, procedures and emergency training
• Customer service and 5-star service standards
• Departmental and operational training
• Refresher and compliance training
