We're seeking two experienced Training Support Managers to support a large-scale digital transformation programme focused on implementing new business processes and technology across a complex organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced training professionals who have worked on system implementations, business change initiatives, and user adoption programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a comprehensive training strategy for a new business-critical system.
• Design, develop and maintain engaging training materials across a variety of formats, including user guides, presentations, digital learning content and multimedia resources.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Work alongside Change, Project and Business Analysis teams to drive user readiness and adoption.
• Support communications and engagement activities related to the programme.
• Monitor training completion, user engagement and adoption metrics.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and business requirements.
