We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a busy main dealership in Guildford. This role is ideal for an established Transaction/Business Manager or an ambitious Sales Controller or top-performing Sales Executive looking to take the next step in their career.

Maximise finance, insurance, warranty and value-added product sales while maintaining FCA compliance Support the sales team in closing deals and delivering an exceptional customer experience Appraise part exchanges and assist customers throughout the buying process Coach and mentor Sales Executives to improve F&I performance and product knowledge Monitor finance and insurance performance, reporting on key KPIs and driving continuous improvement Maintain high standards of compliance, professionalism and customer satisfaction Transaction Manager Requirements
Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or a high-performing Sales Controller/Sales Executive ready to step up Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills Commercially driven with a customer-focused approach Full UK Driving Licence Please note all applications will be handled confidentially.
