The Role

As a Transformation Manager, you'll work closely with business and technology teams to design and deliver meaningful, cross-functional transformation.

Your work will include:

• Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
• Improving business processes, operating models and service delivery
• Supporting organisational transformation across structure, processes and governance
• Enhancing member- and customer-facing service models
• Leading or supporting end-to-end delivery of change across technology, finance and operational functions
• Managing transformation plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
• Using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and drive transformation outcomes

Essential:

• Experience in management consultancy, business transformation or complex change delivery
• Proven experience in operating model design and transformation programme delivery
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement and change delivery capability
• Experience managing transformation plans, risks, issues and dependencies
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
