YouwillbejoiningaTeamwhereeverydayisdifferentsoifyoudon'tlikevariety,thisisn'tforyou!YouwillhelporganiseSchooltransportforPlymouthStudents.manyofwhomhaveSEND.CustomerserviceskillsareamustduetothehighvolumeofcallswetakewhichweanswerasaTeam.Wetakecallsbetween7-5Mon-Frisolvingissuesastheyarise.TheearlyshiftisinBallardHousealongsidesomeofyourcolleaguesandyouarerequiredtobeherefrom06.45toensureyouareupandrunningforthephonesat7am.
Transport&AllowancesOfficerYourequireaknowledgeofPlymouth,itsroadsystemsandthesurroundingareas.Usingplanningsoftware,youwillbeplanningroutestoensuretheyareefficient,costeffectiveandwithinguidelines.AknowledgeofMRIEducationisanadvantageandtrainingwillbegiven.AworkingknowledgeofMicrosoft365isamust.
