Transport Clerk

Our client an established and successful logistics company in Epping are looking for a permanent Transport Clerk to join their team. The Transport Clerk acts as the liaison between the customer, warehouse and transport. You will act as a first point of contact for the customers resolving problems or concerns with receiving and storing, moving and distribution of supplies, stock and materials to and from the warehouse. Reporting to the Transport Manager you will be responsible for: Dealing with customer orders, ensuring quantity accuracy, delivery timelines and communications to depot staff Maintain proactive relationships with clients Dealing with customer and supplier enquiries and complaints Pallet reports Job reports Accurate data entry Driver checks Adhering to Health and Safety policyTo be considered for this role, you will need: Knowledge of Pallet network Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience in dispute resolutions Report writing o Customer Service activity.The hours are 10.00-19.00, Monday to Friday with some opportunities to earn overtime If you thrive in a busy environment and have thee skills and ability for this role, do not delay, apply today
