You will oversee carrier performance, negotiate transport agreements, monitor expenditure, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the transport function. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure service levels are maintained while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The role also carries responsibility for ensuring compliance with HMRC and transport regulations, managing customs and shipping documentation, supporting audit requirements, and contributing to longer-term transport planning strategies.
