As a Transport Manager based in Measham youll be responsible for:
Managing and coordinating a team of drivers to ensure all comply with health and safety regulations.
Ensuring the department complies with the Road Traffic Act and all legal regulations
Ensuring operational targets are met on a weekly and monthly basis, through effective use of the route planning system and management reporting tools
Working closely with the Transport Solutions Team to ensure KPI data is produced to the deadline accurately.
Accountability for Operator Licence undertakings
Ensuring strong coordination with Warehouse Operations so load sequencing, wave planning, and dispatch processes run in sync. xkybehq
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Certificate of Professional Competence in Transport
Experience in a Transport Manager role
Clear and demonstrable understanding of transport legislation
Ability to direct, coordinate and develop a team
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships (internal and external) at a mid-level
