Transport Operations Supervisor – Fleet & Depot Lead

The Caraires Consultancy is seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor for the Crick site. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage depot assets, resources and facilities, and work with the management team to ensure peak cost efficiency and smooth daily performance.

Responsibilities include leading the shift, administering fleet/asset programs, completing daily depot checks, engaging with drivers on performance, and supporting payroll planning and data reporting for the Senior team.
