Salary up to £35,000 31 days holiday Pension contribution Life insurance Ongoing training & development Stable, long-term opportunity within a growing business The Role: As Transport Supervisor, youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of transport operations, with a strong focus on compliance, organisation, and supporting drivers. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring full compliance with transport legislation and maintaining accurate records Scheduling vehicle maintenance including MOTs, servicing, and inspections Monitoring driver hours, working time, and infringements Managing driver documentation and compliance checks Supporting transport audits (internal and external) Maintaining transport systems and records Ordering fuel, PPE, and site consumables Providing general administrative support to the wider team What were looking for: Previous experience in a transport supervisory or administrative role Strong knowledge of transport compliance and regulations Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive and self-motivated approach CPC qualification (desirable, not essential training provided) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that values its people, offers stability, and provides real opportunities for development.
